Welcome to the Cinque Ports Cat Clinic Branch
At Cinque Ports Vets we understand that visiting the vets can be a stressful experience for many of our patients but more so for our feline friends.
Cats are unique and sensitive souls who like a peaceful life and will do their utmost to avoid stress and conflict.
In July 2023 we launched our very first Cinque Ports Cat Clinic. The beautiful, tranquil Kent Countryside village of Wye is the perfect place for our quiet and peaceful cat clinic. Just 15 minutes from our Kingsnorth Hospital, our Cat Clinic will be open two days a week to offer appointments for all our feline friends only.
Our Cat Clinic has been designed to ensure as stress free vet visit as possible, from longer appointment times, specially designed waiting area and consult room to our dedicated and experienced feline team. It is everything our feline friends have been meowing for!
Our Feline Team consists of our Lead Feline Nurse and dedicated Feline Vet Madeleine. Madeleine has always had a passion for cats and their more complicated needs. She has an Advanced Diploma in Feline Behaviour Management and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Animal Behaviour and has a particular interest in cat behaviour. Her experience and understanding of the needs of our cat patients has helped us design the perfect practice for our cats, offering a calmer, quieter visit to the vets and a happier purring patient.
We will be open for appointments, all Cinque Ports clients new and old are welcome to book an appointment at our Cat Clinic with their feline family. The Feline Team are happy to help with any questions especially tips and hints for a stress-free journey to the practice.
The clinic will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30am - 4.00pm.

Madeleine is so empathetic with cats, and we are thrilled to have the facility of Wye Cat Clinic and have our elderly cat in her care.
The staff are professional and caring, and they are always very welcoming.

The Wye Cat Clinic is just perfect for us to access living in Kennington. Miffy is nearly 17 and has hyperthyroid and renal conditions. Madeleine is a wonderful, empathetic vet and supported by nurse Laura ensures that Miffy is never stressed and always has time to hear all we want to say.
Madeleine went above and beyond by following up with a house call when she couldn’t remember if she’d checked Oleg’s kidneys at the appointment we’d just had. Knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated!
Very happy to be able to use Wye again. Much less travel stress for the cats and me. It is a Nice, calm, quiet environment with great and caring staff.
